Supreme Court: Florida’s Death Penalty Sentencing Unconsitutional

The Supreme Court held that Florida’s Death Penalty sentencing statute is unconstitutional because it requires the judge to make the findings justifying a death sentence, but the constitution requires a jury to make the findings.
